Introduction

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits the EhlyTECH website and uses the expert / prospective-customer forms. By using the site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Definitions

• EhlyTECH: the website and its connected digital infrastructure
• User: any individual or legal entity who visits the site or fills out a form
• Prospective expert: a person or business who completes the expert application form
• Waitlist: a person who registers for the customer information list
• Ehly Expert Program: a program that may be offered to experts accepted before launch

Purpose of the website

EhlyTECH is, at this stage, a digital venture platform used for promotion, development, expert pre-registration, and building a customer information waitlist.

No payments, commissions, membership fees, or paid service sales are currently taken through the website.

Before revenue-generating services begin, the necessary official and tax registration steps will be completed. If and when revenue-generating activity begins, an application under Repeated Article 20/B of the Turkish Income Tax Law (GVK) is planned to be made in the name of Seda TURAN.

The site may not currently offer the full scope of live service matching, payment, booking, or contract flows.

Expert pre-registration applications

Submitting an expert application does not mean that the application has been accepted or that you will provide services on the platform.

Ehly Expert and expert pre-registration applications will be evaluated based on city, district, category, service, and document status.

EhlyTECH reserves the right to accept, reject, request additional documents, or place an application on hold.

No guarantee of definite work, customers, revenue, offers, or acceptance is provided.

Ehly Expert Program

The Ehly Expert Program does not constitute company partnership, equity, representation authority, or automatic acceptance.

Ehly Expert benefits apply only to accepted experts.

Ehly Expert benefits apply only if the application is accepted, the platform goes live, and the program conditions are established.

Program benefits such as one year of free platform use for the first 1,000 Founding Experts depend on application acceptance, launch conditions, operational capacity, and the written program terms. After the quota is filled, new experts may be offered a free one-month trial. No guaranteed earnings, guaranteed work, or automatic customer commitment is provided.

Accuracy of application information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in your application is accurate, up to date, and complete.

An application may be rejected or cancelled if false, incomplete, misleading information, or forged documents are submitted.

Documents and references

For certain service types, uploading specific documents may be required for security, verification, or eligibility purposes. Required document types may vary depending on the selected service.

You represent and warrant that the content you upload belongs to you and that you have the right to share it.

EhlyTECH reserves the right to verify documents and request additional information.

Customer waitlist

Registering on the waitlist may mean that you agree to receive information about EhlyTECH's service launch and regional developments (as stated in the form).

Waitlist registration does not mean that you will receive service on the platform immediately.

Payments, commissions, and membership

EhlyTECH does not currently collect payments, commissions, or membership fees.

Before revenue-generating services begin, the necessary official / tax registration steps will be completed.

Current stage of the platform

At this stage, EhlyTECH is not a direct service provider; it is a promotion, pre-registration, and information infrastructure.

Once the platform moves to a live-service stage, the terms governing the relationship between customers, experts, offers, payments, memberships, and services may be updated separately.

Service relationship and limitation of liability

Ehly Assurance is not, at this stage, an active insurance or warranty service; it refers to an assurance infrastructure that may be developed in the future for verified experts.

The site is provided "as is." During the pre-registration stage, EhlyTECH shall not be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for third-party service interruptions, data loss risks, or indirect damages.

Prohibited use

• Sharing a false identity, forged documents, or content belonging to someone else
• Actions that threaten site security, malicious software, or automated bot attacks
• Misleading use of the EhlyTECH brand
• Content or activity that violates applicable law

Intellectual property

The EhlyTECH name, logo, interface design, and site content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

Right to amend

EhlyTECH may amend these terms by updating them on the website. The updated text is effective from the date it is published.
