Introduction

EhlyTECH respects the privacy of website visitors and of prospective experts / customers who register through our forms. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what rights you have.

EhlyTECH is currently used for promotion, development, expert pre-registration, and building a customer information waitlist. No payments, commissions, membership fees, or paid service sales are currently taken through the website. Before any revenue-generating activity begins, the necessary official and tax registration steps will be completed.

If and when revenue-generating activity begins, an application under Repeated Article 20/B of the Turkish Income Tax Law (GVK) is planned to be made in the name of Seda TURAN.

What data do we collect?

The following types of data may be collected as part of the EhlyTECH venture:

• Expert application form: identity, contact details, location, category/service, experience, team/equipment information, document uploads, and references
• Customer waitlist: email, city, and notification consent
• Contact requests: name, email, and message content
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, security logs, session and cookie records

Payment data

No payments are currently accepted and no paid services are currently sold through the website. Accordingly, no card details, bank account information, or similar payment data are processed.

If a payment infrastructure is introduced in the future, the relevant processing activities and explanations will be added to this policy.

How do we use the data?

Collected data may be used for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating, and communicating with applicants regarding expert applications
• Building a reliable pool of experts by city / category / service
• Managing customer waitlist entries and sending notifications where consent has been given
• Maintaining site security and preventing misuse
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Service development and operational planning (on an anonymized / statistical basis where possible)

Expert applications and document uploads

Documents are used solely for application review, verification, and building a reliable pool of experts.

For certain service types, uploading specific documents may be required for security, verification, or eligibility purposes. Required document types may vary depending on the selected service.

Submitting an application does not mean automatic acceptance; applications are evaluated based on city, district, category, service, and document status.

Customer waitlist and communication consent

The email and city information you share on the waitlist form may be used to notify you about EhlyTECH's launch, service regions, and platform developments.

If you have not given notification consent, only the minimum processing necessary for registration is carried out.

Cookies and analytics tools

The site may use essential cookies, form draft storage (localStorage), and technical records for security purposes.

Analytics or marketing cookies are not currently active. If tools such as Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, or similar are added in the future, cookie consent will be obtained and the Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.

Third-party infrastructure providers

EhlyTECH may use the following types of service providers:

Data sharing with these providers is limited to service delivery, security, hosting, communication, and legal obligations. Your personal data is not sold.

• Site hosting: Next.js-based application, Vercel, or another hosting provider to be selected
• Data storage: Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage)
• Email / communication: Google Workspace or a similar email infrastructure
• Bot protection: reCAPTCHA or similar tools (if used)

Data security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures, such as access control, secure transmission (HTTPS), server-side validation, and file-upload restrictions, are applied to protect your data.

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; continuous improvement is pursued to reduce risk.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Rejected applications and expired waitlist entries may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.

Legal retention obligations remain reserved.

Possibility of international transfer

Due to hosting, security, and cloud infrastructure, your personal data may be processed or stored on servers located outside of Turkey.

Should such a transfer occur, EhlyTECH aims to rely on transfer mechanisms compliant with the requirements set out in Article 9 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related regulations.
